What to expect from your 45 minute session?

During your personal training sessions we will carry out your personalised programme.

I will help and support you, giving advice and encouragement. We start the session with a warm up and dynamic stretches to prepare your body for exercising.

Then carry out your programme and finish with a cool down and stretches.

I have a wide range of equipment for you to utilise and my studio is air conditioned for your comfort.

What to expect from your free consultation?

In the initial free consultation, we will be talking about your goals and interests as well as taking measurements and carrying out some assessments. From this I will be able to write the best possible programme for you. This will include both home and PT programmes. You will also have access to the mypthub app where your home programmes will be available with video tutorials.
